By accessing or using englishtestpractice.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and International Test Limited (registered in England and Wales, Company No: 15121723).

English Test Practice provides AI-powered TOEFL iBT practice tests designed to help users prepare for official English language proficiency examinations. The Service includes:

• Simulated TOEFL iBT practice tests (Reading, Listening, Writing, Speaking sections).
• AI-generated band score estimates and section feedback.
• Score tracking and progress analytics via a personal dashboard.
• A free 20-minute test is available without registration. Mock tests require a Prep Pass.
• Additional paid tests available via one-time purchase.

Important disclaimer: This website is an independent preparation resource. TOEFL® is a registered trademark of ETS. englishtestpractice.com is not affiliated with, approved, or endorsed by ETS. Band scores provided are AI-generated estimates only and do not represent official TOEFL® scores. Results cannot be used for university applications or visa purposes.

• You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must provide accurate and current information when registering.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at hello@englishtestpractice.com if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Accounts are personal and may not be shared or transferred to another person.

Paid test packs are available for purchase via Stripe. By making a purchase, you agree to the following:

• One-time payment: All purchases are one-time charges. There is no auto-renewal or recurring billing.
• Currency: Prices are quoted in USD. VAT may apply for customers in the United Kingdom.
• No refund policy: Due to the digital and immediately accessible nature of the content, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once access has been granted to a purchased test.
• Chargebacks: Initiating an unjustified chargeback may result in account suspension.
• Invoices: A VAT invoice is automatically issued and emailed upon successful payment.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents access to purchased content, please contacthello@englishtestpractice.com and we will endeavour to resolve it promptly.

All content on englishtestpractice.com — including but not limited to test questions, passages, audio recordings, UI design, brand assets and AI feedback — is the intellectual property of International Test Limited or its licensors.

• You may use the Service solely for your personal, non-commercial test preparation.
• You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.
• You may not scrape, crawl or otherwise extract content from the platform in an automated manner.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Share, sell or distribute test content (questions, passages, audio) to third parties.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile or access the source code of the Service.
• Use automated tools, bots or scripts to interact with the Service.
• Circumvent any access restrictions, including those based on purchase status.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the operation of the Service.

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that:

• The Service will be uninterrupted, error-free or free from viruses or other harmful components.
• Band scores or feedback will predict your performance on any official examination.
• AI-generated content will be accurate, complete or suitable for your particular purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, International Test Limited shall not be liable for any:

• Indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
• Loss of data, revenue, profits or business opportunity.
• Damages arising from reliance on AI-generated scores or feedback.
• Damages resulting from unauthorised access to or alteration of your data.

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising out of or in connection with the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or any other matter that cannot be excluded by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion if you breach these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or for any other legitimate reason. Upon termination, your right to access paid content ceases. You may request deletion of your account at any time by emailing hello@englishtestpractice.com.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the website. Continued use of the Service after the effective date of changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
